I prefer Louisiana brand hot sauce on mine. Close to Tabasco but a little less harsh.
Smoked egg yolk aioli or even mayonnaise is very nice, by the way.

Fried eggs on a paratha spread with lashings of butter - plenty of black pepper on the eggs.
Sounds horrible but tastes out of this world.
